How long does it take for my order to ship?

Since our paints are mixed to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Shipping transit times vary by location but typically take an additional 2-5 business days.

Can I return or exchange my paint?

Because all Portola Paints are custom-tinted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We highly recommend purchasing a sample pot before committing to a full order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties.

What is the difference between Lime Wash and Roman Clay?

Lime Wash is a thin, mineral-based finish that creates a weathered, suede-like effect, while Roman Clay is a thicker plaster-like finish applied with a putty knife for a smooth, marble-like texture.

Are your paints eco-friendly?

Yes, we prioritize sustainability. Most of our products are low-VOC or zero-VOC, formulated to be safe for your home and the environment.

How do I calculate how much paint I need?

Coverage varies by product. Generally, one gallon of our standard paint covers approximately 350-400 square feet. Check the specific product page for detailed coverage estimates.
